All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation from respective airlines, hotels, tour operators, or service providers.
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from us.
Verbal confirmations shall not be considered valid.
Prices are subject to change until full payment is received.
Advance payment is mandatory to initiate any booking.
Full payment must be completed before ticket issuance / hotel confirmation / visa processing / departure.
All payments once made are subject to supplier rules and cancellation policies.
Processing/service charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
All cancellation requests must be sent via registered email from the booking email ID.
Cancellation charges will apply as per airline/hotel/tour/supplier policies in addition to Varni’s service charges.
Refund timelines depend on the respective supplier and may take 7–30 working days or more.
No refund will be applicable for no-shows or unused services.
Convenience fees, visa fees, insurance premiums, and service charges are strictly non-refundable.
Amendments are subject to availability and supplier approval.
Rescheduling may involve fare differences plus amendment penalties.
The client must bear any increase in cost due to date change or reissue.
Varni acts solely as an intermediary between the client and airlines, hotels, transport operators, visa agencies, and other service providers.
Varni is not liable for:
It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure possession of a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity), visa, travel permits, vaccination certificates, and other required documents.
Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the respective embassy/consulate.
Varni is not responsible for visa rejection or delays.
Visa fees and processing charges are non-refundable.
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Varni shall not be liable for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, personal injury, or loss of belongings.
Special requests (e.g., seat preference, meal preference, early check-in, adjoining rooms) are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Varni shall not be held responsible for events beyond its control including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, government regulations, airline strikes, or technical failures.
The maximum liability of Varni shall not exceed the service fees charged by the company.
Varni shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
